Donna Babbs is a lawyer with 28 years’ experience who works primarily in family law, and assists clients with their wills, powers of attorney and estate matters.
Donna is dedicated to using her experience and skills to help family law clients resolve their legal issues so that they can move forward with their lives.
Most people want to keep their case out of court in order to avoid the cost, stress and delays. Donna helps clients to get to a resolution even in challenging situations without going to court.
Donna has completed advanced negotiation courses at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and through Stitt Feld Handy in association with the University of Windsor Law School and has extensive training in collaborative negotiations.
Donna has been a guest speaker at local and international conferences. A highlight of Donna’s career is her volunteer work in the development of the Luke’s Place Pro Bono Legal Clinic.
